Wrap-around Chain Stays

If you look closely at our chain stays, you will see that they wrap completely around our seatpost and are welded directly to the bottom bracket. It's a small, and seemingly trivial detail but it strengthens the entire rear triangle/bottom bracket assembly. Small details like this are why our bikes are so prized for their pedaling efficiency. An added benefit is that we can use lighter tubing. Dahon patented technology.
