Folding Bicycle Description
Sometimes, the simpler the journey, the more enjoyable it is. With the Cadenza Solo, we’ve created a simple bike to get you around. There are no suspension air springs, 27 gears, or hydraulic cables to mess around with. Need to climb a hill? Stand up on the pedals. Our one concession to technology is the latest LockJaw folding technology that makes the Solo easy to carry with you anywhere so transporting or storing your bike never gets in the way of you riding the bike. Isn’t that what technology should be for?
Technology Highlights
  • Flip/flop rear hub can go single speed or fixed - depending on the mood.
  • Frame features an eccentric bottom bracket and vertical drop outs, V- and disc brake mounts, and rack and fender braze-ons maximize customization options.
  • Patented LockJaw™ technology is virtually invisible but still folds the bike in 10 seconds.
  • Integrated pump hidden inside the seatpost is always ready when needed.
  • Tire clearance for tires up to 2.0” so you can go fat or skinny

dahon reviews

"Unfolding it is just as quick and when the Cadenza is back together the close tolerances of Dahon's Lockjaw hinge means it all feels very stiff – it's quite hard to spot the actual join."
