In product design, weight and strength usually move in opposite directions: lighter weight means less strength; greater strength usually means more weight. It’s only in truly ground breaking new designs that you improve both at the same time. That’s what the Kore XCF saddle is: an ultralight saddle that’s as svelte as the best Ti rail saddles, but far stronger than any railed saddle. Kore’s T-beam design replaces skinny saddle rails with a solid forged piece of aluminum. The T-beam design also delivers up to 7 cm of fore/aft adjustment (double what standard saddles offer) so riders can better find their optimum riding position. The XCF has a low profile, performance focused shape but receives an additional 5 mm of padding compared to the XC saddle for improved comfort.
