Cables are what connect you to your brakes and drivetrain so it’s critical that they work consistently and reliably. But since high and low quality cables look largely similar, they are also one of the most common places to cut some cost and quality. Dahon LiveWire cables have more quality built in so they’ll work better for longer. Most Dahon LiveWire cables feature full length, uninterrupted housing so there are fewer places for water and grit to enter the system. All Dahon LiveWire cables and housing have the following features:

  • Dupont L3 lubricant impregnated housing for lower cable friction and corrosion-resistance
  • Pre-stretched, Slick machined cables for lower friction and shorter break-in period
  • Anodized aluminum brake cable ferrules for improved durability
