Professor Bikes to Work

Nadav Ahituv is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Bioengineering and Therapeutic Sciences and the Institute for Human Genetics at the University of California, San Francisco. Professor Ahituv daily traverses the hilly terrain of San Francisco as he bikes to work on a Dahon Speed P8. The following is his description of his daily commute.

Dahon in the Desert

Martin Galabov took his Mu Uno for a spin in the deserts of Dubai and his father, Plamen Galabov, got some very nice photos of the trip. Below is Martin’s story behind this very cool photo shoot.

The first day I got on my Dahon Uno was the first time I fell in love with a bike. As the Creative Director of Virgin Megastore, Middle East, design is a big part of me. The Uno’s minimalistic style, the lightweight frame, the easy folding and unfolding is just the perfect mix. For someone living in Dubai, the Uno was my missing link between home and work.
