The graceful, curving lines of the Roo make it easy to overlook the fact that it’s also a wonderful utility bicycle that’s perfect for short distance transport needs. The low-step frame is easy to hop on and off of, the gears are easy to maintain, and the bikes folds in under 15 seconds, so you never need to leave it outside. Solidly-built and reasonably priced.
