SEE IT FOLDED
  • Squeezing onto a crowded bus with your bike
  • Slipping by the “no-bikes” doorman, with your bike neatly tucked in its bag
  • Riding to Sunday Brunch at that new café you heard about

The very first Dahon bike was created to solve a basic problem: how to quickly get from your home to the nearest train or bus station; and then how to get from your train or bus stop to your place of work. For this type of commuting (which we call multi-modal), a bike needs to fold fast; it needs to be light enough to carry easily; it needs to fold small enough to tuck out of the way on a crowded bus or train, and perhaps most importantly, it needs to ride well so you’ll want to ride it. After more than a quarter century of evolution, we present the Curve XL, the bike designed precisely for this basic function.

  • Folds in fifteen seconds to the size of a shopping bag
  • Shimano Nexus hub features seven smooth-shifting gears for virtually maintenance-free riding
  • An integrated pump is hidden inside the seatpost and always ready when needed most
  • Patented V-Clamp frame hinge is incredibly strong, durable, and easy to operate
  • Schwalbe Marathon Racer tires accelerate quickly and have a layer of Kevlar for increased puncture resistance
